Last year this site was redesigned, updated and has been sporting an all-round good look. Because our website is such an important business tool, it's continually evolving and we update and add bits to it on a regular basis. You might have noticed the change on the home page to include recent projects just last week?
Such rigorous discipline about continuous improvement has not been applied to our offline materials - until now - because today we have new business cards in our pockets that more accurately reflect what the Brightspark business is about!
The old business cards were designed back in 2003 and featured the green and red quite heavily. They were novel for their time because they didn't have lots of white space, and because they used the back of the card to tell people what we did - internet marketing.
The business service offering has evolved to be more than just internet marketing. Brightspark is an internet communications company that takes a more holistic approach to the web ("you need to do something, we have all the ideas on how to make it work online, and we'll implement it for you.") We are also committed to the direction the web itself is headed. We love tag clouds for example. We try to include a Web 2.0 flavour to our new sites, eg. user generated content. So I thought, isn't it about time the cards reflected that too?
So if you meet me or the rest of the team from now on, we'll be pressing a slick new card into your hot little hand. It's got tags on the back that describes what we do, and of course, there's room for your tag too!
